Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fresh herbal savouriness, a hint of grapefruit zest, honeydew melon, white tropical fruit, but also nuances of pineapple and mango, dark minerality. White pome fruit, good complexity, a fine, pleasant note, salty on the finish, lingers well, a savoury, individualistic food wine with an integrated touch of wood, stylistically related to a white Pessac-Léognan.
