Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark berries on the nose, blackberries, elderberries, dried fruit, savoury notes, some clove and warm oak, subtle tobacco. Slightly sweet on the palate with nuances of plums and again warm savouriness. Fine, vivid tannin, ripe acidity. Still drying slightly on the long, savoury finish.
