Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Lots of new wood and a ripe spiciness, almost petrol-like but also with notes of elderberry pulp, blackberry jam, cinnamon and clove. Puts pressure on the palate with fine means, mineral and also slightly viscous base, well-integrated (rather discreet) acidity. The tannin increases a little, but the fullness embeds it so well that no astringency remains. Palate fruit still on the rise, alcohol well integrated.
