Pale greenish yellow. Intense aromatic bouquet of white flowers, some marshmallow, fresh nutmeg, a hint of ginger. Medium complexity, nuances of elderflower, fine acidity structure, white tropical fruit on the finish. A wonderful aperitif wine, not just for the summer.
