Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Baroque ruby red colour. Little expression on the nose, slightly reminiscent of puff pastries. Slightly vegetal notes on the palate, racy acidity, unfortunately, remains remarkably dry and tangy on the finish.
