The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG, vintage 2013 from the winery Borgogno has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, shimmering ruby core. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry, raspberry, some orange zest, pomegranate and hints of blackberry jelly and eucalyptus. Starts very elegantly on the palate, tenses up nicely, but becomes a bit loose knit and brittle on the finish.
