Intense, bright silver-grey with a straw-yellow shimmer. Initially a nose of iodine, sea salt, slightly smoked, then lemon juice, restrained white blossom. Juicy on the palate, spreads finely over the tongue, well-integrated mousse, minimal bitterness in the finish.
