Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, brilliant straw yellow. Beeswax and light honey on the nose, paired with ripe yellow fruit. Lots of citrus and elderberry on the palate, with a vibrant mousse, then a bit washed out and not quite precise in the finish.
