Tasting from 26.06.2026: Roland Graf
Dark golden appearance and a quite complex smell of apple peel, brioche with raisins and birch-wood. Rich and again slightly woody on the palate. The apples are dried this time and are accompanied by hints of acidity and an almost Rancio-like aftertaste. Quite a nice sipper on its own. And a very good company for all Comté-style cheeses.
