A rich yellow color lights up the glass. A late September’s orchard stroll is emulated by the smell of Golden Delicious-apples, porcini and a hint of thyme. The most prominent taste is delivered by the ripe and juicy apples, which also kept some of their freshness and acidity. Great pairing with cookies – a Swedish “Vin Santo”-style!
