Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright greenish yellow with fine pearls. Reminiscent of green apple and grapefruit on the nose, with an aftertaste of meadow flowers. Luscious on the palate, with a perky mousse and a slight bitter note, reminiscent of lemon, lacks a little sprint in the finish.
