The red wine Barolo DOCG San Giovanni, vintage 2017 from the winery Broccardo has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Clear, bright garnet red with a dark core. Delicately savoury bouquet of clove and delicate undergrowth, ripe cherry and dried fruit, followed by dried rose petal. Spans the palate with a fine mesh, appears juicy and precise, quite youthful tannins, polished and ripe on the finish.
