Strong, delicately cloudy orange gold, copper reflections. Nutty-oxidative, a background of candied orange zest, herbal savouriness, dried pears, delicate bacony bouquet. Lean, subtle rancio, nutty umami touch, light nougat, mineral on the finish, a bit short, rather rustic style.
