Tasting from 07.09.2017: Peter Moser

Bright orange yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky, fine nuances of dried figs, pears, yellow pear fruit, mineral touch, a hint of herbal spice, candied orange zest. Juicy, yellow tropical fruit, mineral and salty, shows good complexity despite its light-footedness, fine orange fruit on the finish, remains persistent, a multi-faceted food companion.
