Tasting from 16.04.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby, almost impenetrable. Malty on the nose, pepper, overripe cherry notes, bitter chocolate. Sweet texture on the palate, dense, over-stretches, dries due to too much wood use, clearly.
