Clear silver green with persistent mousse. Very fragrant nose of acacia blossom, pear mousse, white peach and some lime blossom. Beautifully balanced on the palate with a fine fruit core, pleasantly integrated mousse and a slight texture, on the rather sweet side for a brut, is harmonious and fun to drink.
