Tasting from 26.05.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow colour with silver reflections. On the nose nuances of white peach and elderflower, lime and a touch of flint in the aftertaste. On the palate crisp, with fine drive, rich fruit core of apricots, slightly salty on the persistent finish, still needs some time in the bottle.
