The franciacorta Vintage Collection Brut Franciacorta DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Weißburgunder from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant, intense and elegant light gold. Aromas of orange blossom, blood orange, a hint of raspberry, then quince, and dried pear, accompanied by dark minerality and elegant ripe notes. It spreads beautifully over the palate, balanced and fine, elegant over the course, with a fruit textured core. It is gentle, has a tightly beaded mousse, and is very long on the finish.
