The franciacorta Cuvée Prestige 44° Edizione Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright, rich straw yellow with gold reflections and a persistent mousse. On the nose there are notes of baked apple, pineapple, also delicately of blood orange, and in the echo of sea salt. On the palate it presents with a great fruit core and lots of juice, the mousse supports the course pleasantly, with great acidity in the finish, very well done this year!
