Brilliant, intense straw yellow with a persistent, finesse-rich mousse. Overripe tropical fruit, very ripe pear and very ripe banana on the nose, with nutty nuances and milk chocolate. Not quite clear on the palate, bitter and washed-out aftertaste, at the limit.
