Sparkling, intense ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Finely drawn nose with lots of ripe cherry, underpinned by notes of dried mushrooms and earth. Juicy and clear on the palate, with a lovely bite, lots of cherry, fine tannins and a salty finish.
