The red wine Barolo Cerretta DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Ca' Romè has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Dark shining ruby red. Open and inviting nose of ripe cherries, rich wild berries and a hint of dried rose, exciting, raspberry jam on the finish. On the palate, juicy, with tightly woven tannin, lovely concentration of pithy, dark berry fruit and a satisfying drive to its long finish.
