The sweet and dessert wine La Perlara Recioto di Soave DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Ca' Rugate has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright, noble orange gold. Initially slightly volatile on the nose, followed by aromas of resin, orange zest, nutmeg, vegetal hints and dried apricot. Opens with fine texture on the palate, noticeably delicate use of wood, creamy with savoury sweetness, good length and an amazingly fresh finish.
