The red wine Barolo DOCG Monvigliero, vintage 2018 from the winery Azienda Agricola Cadia has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant, glittering ruby red in colour, brightening at the rim. Floral on the nose, with hints of dark berries, plus earthy elements and a touch of sealing wax. Light-bodied on the palate with subtle hints of mint, the wine is juicy and clear, very accessible, and has subtle salty hints on the finish. It positively dances.
