Brilliant pale pink with a persistent, coarse-grained mousse. Candied raspberry and plum on the nose, with a hint of wild berries, sweet. Medium-bodied on the palate, delicate tannins supported by superficial acidity, medium-strong mousse, breaks away at the back.
