Tasting from 08.08.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark shimmering ruby red with purple hues. Spicy bouquet of Amarena cherries, cloves and nougat. Silky soft on the palate, like juicy fruit coated in chocolate, then with grippy tannins and somewhat drying on the finish.
