The prosecco Spumante Brut Millesimato Prosecco DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Cantina Colli Euganei has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant, pale straw yellow with persistent mousse. Baked apple and raspberry on the nose, very fruity, apple juice on the finish. Also very apple-like on the palate, finely integrated mousse, fruity, breaks away at the back.
