Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, shiny garnet red. Pronounced aroma of ripe wild raspberry and red currant, then some savouriness, thyme and rose hips. Juicy notion on the palate, with dancing acidity, embedded in a velvety tannin dress, glides with good tension onto the finish, echoes with red fruit, beautiful drinking flow.
