The red wine Rosso di Montepulciano, vintage 2019 from the winery Cantina del Redi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, shimmering garnet red with orange reflections on the rim. Rich blackberry fruit on the nose, then lots of blackcurrant, also slightly vegetal notes of nettle. Quite opulent on the palate, extremely dense tannins, powerful, substantial, with lots of juice on the finish, then plum and dark leather on the finish.
