The franciacorta Origines Riserva Pas Dosé Franciacorta DOCG, vintage 2013 from the winery Lantieri de Paratico has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Intense, brilliant light gold with a persistent mousse. Multi-layered and complex nose, very ripe peach, candied lemon zest, and brioche fresh from the oven, then on second sniff dark stone, sea salt and mineral undertones. Spreading across the palate it is complex with a delicate texture, zero dosage and yet with sweet fruit, golden, juicy, a well-integrated mousse and with a long finish.
