Sparkling ruby garnet. Clearly defined, fine nose with pronounced notes of raspberry and plum, thyme in the background. Very polished at the start, opens up with fine-grained tannins, builds richly over the course, multi-layered, lots of juicy fruit on the finish, long finish.
