Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, shiny, persistent ruby red colour. Inviting on the nose, opens on nuances of ripe cornelian cherry and ripe raspberry, distinctly clear fruit, with mint and lemon balm, cold smoke in the background. Smooth on the palate, velvety tannins envelop the juicy acidity, playful, with a medium length finish.
