The red wine Murgo Etna Rosso DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Cantine Murgo has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nerello Mascalese from the region Sicily in Italy.
Bright, luminous ruby with a brilliant core. Fragrant, yet vegetal aromas of geraniums, early ripe cherries, red currants, and a touch of rosehip. Grippy on the palate with juicy tannins, already shows a fine texture, but still appears very young.
