Bright salmon pink in the glass. Ripe berry fruit and subtle caramel on the nose, sweet cherry, strawberry, almond paste. The palate opens smoothly with sweetish fruit, mild acidity lets the fruit take the lead, refreshing mousseux, full-bodied and shows its advantages to perfection at the table.
