Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver green. In the nose yeasty-reductive, comes out of the glass heavy. A bit cloudy on the palate, breaks off quickly, seems tired.

Bright silver-grey with a coarse-grained mousse. Round and full on the palate, very yellow-fruity, quite sweet for a brut.

More about the tasting

Bright silver-grey. Lime and grapefruit on the nose, underpinned by delicate wet stone. Light grapefruit on the palate too, with a perky mousse, a delicate grassy note and a slightly cloudy finish.
