Brilliant straw yellow colour, fine and continuous mousse. Notes of apple, citrus fruit and sweet pear are accompanied by floral notes with hints of elderberry. Soft and enveloping on the palate. Pleasantly creamy mouthfeel. Sweetness and saltiness compete in the finish.
