Tasting Notes
Rich, deep, dark ruby-garnet colour. Open nose with pronounced ripe notes of plum confit, tobacco and sliced pear. Impure on the palate, black bread crust, grippy tannins, unfortunately dries out considerably on the finish, clearly oxidative.
More about the tastingClear, dark garnet red. Shows in the nose emphatically malty notes of cooked plums, very oxidative. At the palate grippy, dense tannin, but also much volatile acidity.
