Bright pink colour, fine, even and persistent mousse. Fresh fruity notes of small red berries, citrus fruits and a pleasant floral aroma on the nose. Fragrant and still fruity on the palate, supported by a beautiful mineral acidity.
More about the tastingIntense salmon pink. Fresh wild berries, white peach and lemon blossom on the nose. On the palate there is a clear fruit sweetness and coarse-grained mousse, carried by a crisp acidity, unfortunately it appears somewhat tired on the finish and dominated by fruit sweetness.
