Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

A very nuanced varietal spiciness, balsamic herbal notes, a little raisin, but also wild strawberry, dried meat. Also peppery-mineral tones. On the palate, the wine opens with viscosity, then mellow, ripe tannins take hold in a well-chosen, not over-accentuated dose, the acidity remains subtle and emphasises the elegance of the structure, the wine finishes juicy and multi-layered savoury, with a delicate sweetness in the fruit. Long.
