Tasting Notes
Rich, impenetrable ruby purple. A full and memorable nose of dark chocolate, elderberries and dark currants, with some leather in the background. Lush and powerful on the palate, building tannin in many layers. Dense but also fine, leading to a juicy and salty character in the mid-palate that brings out the berry fruit nicely. A very long finish with notes of cedar.
