Brilliant silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Nose with elegant flint tones, pineapple, mango, peach, with a juicy lemon and white blossom aftertaste. Clear core on the palate, vinous, coated with a precise mousse, juicy, with a fine saltiness and good length.
