Tasting from 08.08.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow with silver-grey tendencies. Soft and round on the nose, with hints of creamy meringue and juicy pear. Fresh and direct on the palate, however, with crisp acidity and fresh fruit, right through to the above-average finish.
