The red wine Concerto di Fonterutoli Toscana IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Castello di Fonterutoli has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby red colour. On the nose it is very savoury, dark berry, notes of plum, wild berries, plus some saddle, pepper, on the finish there is ripe Amarena cherry. On the palate tightly woven with clear fruit and juicy undertone, swings nicely along, crisp tannin, seems nicely balanced and harmonious, on the finish it is again juicy.
