The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Castello di Lucignano has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo nero from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Somewhat restrained nose, with notes of tobacco and plums. Hearty on the palate, grippy tannins, develops firm drive as it progresses.
