A sparkling ruby red with delicately lighter edges. On the nose, plenty of spice, pepper, juniper, and elderberries, as well as violets. Surprisingly fresh and juicy on the palate, with fine-grained, pronounced tannins, a precise acidity profile, and a salty finish.
