Powerful, bright ruby-purple colour. Very clear nose with pronounced notes of blackberry and mulberry, dried rose petal and violet in the background. Lots of juicy, dark berry fruit on the palate, opens with grippy, taut tannins, a hint of smoke, still a little rough on the finish.
