Rich, flint ruby colour. Initially shows light notes of tobacco, some mint, fresh macchia herbs, ripe, dark cherry. Juicy and clear on the palate, shows lots of ripe fruit coated in sweet texture, opens up with grippy, firm tannins, builds up in many layers, long finish and salty.
