Tasting from 19.04.2011

Dark garnet red colour. Notes of prunes, ripe strawberries and cedar wood characterise this Pommerol-like wine. Delicate tannin structure and notes of cassis, elderberry, dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans on the palate. A powerhouse that is very elegant and harmonious. The finish is impressively long and juicy. Decanting is very good for this top Ticino. Switzerland's most expensive wine, a rarity. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
