The red wine AD 1441 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Castello Tricerchi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense ruby red with orange reflections. On the nose, it has broad and complex aromas with notes of ripe fruit, leather, roots, cinchona bark and balsamic spices. Very soft and enveloping on the palate, with an excellent silky texture and particularly sweet tannins.
