Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright cherry red with a bright core. On the nose pronounced cherry-fruit, spice, pickled sour cherries and a whiff of raspberry cordial, mint and elderberries, inviting. On the palate a compact texture, full, very fruity-salty, with amazing body and drive, long finish.
